My practice moves within a dialogue between precision and deliberately allowing chance to happen. The true core of my paintings and sculptures lies in this quiet aesthetic and the beauty of the imperfect.
I translate this core into expressive, often collaged drawings, into multi-layered, often minimalist paintings exploring the traces of impermanence, and into monochrome, figurative sculptures crafted from paper-mâché and textiles.
