About The Artwork
This freestanding sculpture has to be one of my favorite pieces, the different colours really highlight the reclaimed copper piece. The fold on the copper really accentuates the angles and lines on this sculpture followed by the natural splits in the wood gives the piece a softer side.

I enjoy using materials that come from condemned and demolished houses and machinery parts because when reused in art these materials become timeless and do not have an expiry date.
