Inspired by the Japanese Kintsugi technique, this one-off sculpture by Andrea Serra depicts a couple of lovers whose scars, drawn by life, are filled with shimmering gold leaf. The piece is signed and entirely unique, crafted from a bright natural stone of marine origin that can exclusively be quarried in the area around Lecce, Apulia. Rich in both animal and plant fossils, it implies the exclusivity of every piece.
