Frozen Fire object is made of genuine red Icelandic Lava attached to a wooden bowl. The small lump represents that moment in which the fluid rock got cooled enough to become solid. The raw energy of fire was caught in an instant shape. . . . Frozen Fire was created as part of an installation called Matrix. Matrix consists of 16 elements that could be arranged and re-arranged whenever one feels like it. They are ordered in a 4 x 4 matrix. The common thing between all of them is that they are made from a bamboo bowl serving as a background in the widest meaning of this word. However each element is made of different additional objects to convey its unique meaning.
