ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Simplicity of form, clean lines, the irony of debris lodged in colored perfection. The colors dictate the final outcome of each piece. The desired feeling of the viewer is contemplative pause, visual pleasure. An understanding that each outcome began as the remnants of surfboard resin. Each color represents a surfboard in Southern California made from upcycled Surfite resin.
