Albert Dura is an artist sculptor. He deliberately chose metal for his sculptures. Despite the fact that it is a very common material, metal is definitely exceptional. Used for centuries, metal is a durable material, with time it acquires a patina and becomes more refined. And although Albert Dura is currently working mainly in metal, he is still looking for new means of expression for his projects. His series of sculptures "The World of Yore - Fragments" is inspired by an ancient world on the edge of history, myths and legends. "The Old Vehicles series is inspired by old and unique vehicles. One series of Albert's work that should also be mentioned is the intimate and often minimalist series The Souls. This series is inspired by the theme of transience as well as the timelessness and uniqueness of souls. The other sculptures are inspired by mythical creatures, nature, time and space.
