I love Africa. My father, the captain of the ship from every trip, brought an African sculpture. I was charmed by this mysterious culture and beauty of this breed, fanciful hairstyles, clothes made of rags that looked like royal chasubles, sophisticated jewelry made of beer cans and plastic laces. The creative art a service to nature, it involves having a vocation and is practically religious. As a mirror for what appears before your eyes, it is a way of drawing closer to Godliness. Wheb artist stopped observing the world, art lost its feeling of the sacred. My sculptures are made by the ancient method of casting bronze for lost wax. Wax is a mixture of beeswax and mineral wax. Each object made with this technique is unique. In this method, the wax original is coated with a mixture of sand and flux. After the mold has dried, the heated wax is poured out and hot metal poured into the empty mold. After shatt with a hammer, the form is destroyed. Then you need to clean the remains of the slag, cut off the infusions, polish the surface, and embed in stone.
