Contact us.My name is Giannis I was born in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo in 1978, but I'm Greek. I spent most of my childhood in Kinshasa until I was 12 when I moved to Athens. I studied electrical engineering and later art restoration in Athens, where I currently live and work. I work as a digital marketer with exertiese on SEO & Google Ads.
As an artist, I'm a self-taught metal sculptor, and my primary medium is industrial metal scrap parts. My artwork reflects my interest in exploring the relationship between humans and modern industrial society. I find inspiration in human-centered themes, such as motherhood, and the materials I use, which come from contemporary industrial society.
Through my art, I examine the contradiction between human nature and the automated society and the challenges that arise as a result. I'm particularly interested in the position of man within this society and the impact it has on the human experience.
Since 2000, I've had my workshop in Athens, where I continue to live and work. In addition to my artistic pursuits, I also work as a digital marketer.
