A detailed abstract design meticulously carved by hand into the shell of a selected ostrich egg shell, this piece is an original and will not be reproduced. I am a self taught artist who began carving ostrich egg shells while working with my father making souvenirs for his shop in Oudtshoorn South Africa, the ostrich farming capital. I soon began to experiment with my own designs during my spare time in hopes of marketing them to the international art community.
