About The Artwork
Wings of Glory is a giant mechanical Pegasus sculpture that gallops and flies in slow motion. It was built for Burning Man 2019 and was the center piece of the festival. This interactive sculpture required 8 people to push 8 buttons around the base to make it run on a timer for 1 minute. It was funded by a Burning Man grant and fundraising, and was built with the help of an amazing team of people. People at the festival were absolutely blown away, coming to me in tears and thanking me. I am now a legend at BM. The piece is part of my legacy of mechanical horses.
