ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This sculpture is composed of two elements, a base, in cherry wood and a upper sculpted part in marble with a sculptural insert in travertine stone. The series of the two memories, wants to talk about an intimate story of far away countries, about desires and alluding to the mistery of ancient sites. The upper piece is a statuary marble at the one side, pure white, and at the front side showing the smooth surface of the broken mountain itself This element is erected above a a sculpted base in cherry wood.
