ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This is the third of 3 consecutive works inspired by road markings and denoting the three main approaches to marking: framing, hatches and crosshatching. The black base is acrylic paint mixed with sand, and the yellow is made of solid multi-layer acrylic paint.

Hi there! All my works, regardless of style, have one DNA – this is the sharp and simple world of signs (symbols, icons, totems). The ideas come spontaneously, but I painstakingly map the genealogy of my works and classify them into themes, cycles, clusters and groups. At the same time, I let concepts and images "travel" freely from one cycle to another. The themes of my cycles have titles such as City Icons (incl. Eyes of Surveillance, Road Marks, Warnings), Terra Nostalgica, “Human, all too Human”, Non-sense/Yes-sense, etc. I have participated in group exhibitions and workshops.
