Antoaneta Hillman is a self-taught artist born in Bulgaria. Her artistic journey began with poetry and short stories before she devoted herself to painting, starting with oils and, for the past twenty years, working primarily in encaustic. Represented by Cinq Gallery in Dallas, Texas, she continues her artistic practice. Her paintings are in private collections in Bulgaria, Italy, Cyprus, and the United States. Antoaneta Hillman is a self-taught artist born in Bulgaria, where her creative life began with poetry and short stories before she turned to painting. She started in oils and, for the last two decades, has focused on encaustic, exploring texture, light, and memory through wax and pigment. Represented by Cinq Gallery in Dallas, Texas, Antoaneta continues to develop a practice marked by tactile surfaces and lyrical imagery.
