ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Two layered painting, both layeres consists of turpentine diluted paint, applied with brush. There's not much to say about this painting, I remember I had an energizing rush of enthusiasm. You see, this was not supposed to be the finished product, but an underpainting. I was just finished with one of my other paintings and I though I should make some preparations for tomorrows project. The next day it had already grown on me and I couldn't get myself to add more to it.

I went to art school during most of my childhood and once more during my adult life, apart from that I have a degree in business administration and economics. Currently I’ve been painting with oil & canvas for six years. “Emotional Bias” - An artistic study on the the subliminal effect emotions have on artwork. The project is based on an actual theory of the same name, and it revolves around how our emotions controls us to an extent we don’t even notice. I like to compare it to “lenses” that we use to perceive our surroundings, and every emotion is its own color.
