ABOUT THE ARTWORK
The idea of this character was taken from modern media - it's one of two cats of amazing talented ceramic artist from Russia, called , whom I follow on instagram and watch her funny stories and posts about realities of being a ceramist. She owns two funny cats, one of whom named Meany - for being grumpy, biting and rebellious. That's Meany's surprised fase on the painting. I made up a story to surround her by and dressed her up in tiny Santa's hat. I also gravitate towards bit of a poster-like, pop-art images, that's where the bold pure colours come from.

I like that though :) I am very pleased and proud that my paintings are sold to private collectors in USA, Hungary, Italy, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, UK, UAE, Canada and Australia. I am currently located in my home-town Tallinn, but I do like to travel a lot, to see myself from different perspective, to hunt for new ideas, visions, personalities and inspiration triggered by the mystery and secrets that new places hold. I took part in London's "Parallax Art Fair" in July 2015
