I love to walk under the Big Suffolk Sky when the gossamer veil of dusk descends. The stillness of dusk awakens the creative energy that I carry to the studio. I work in repetitive series creating intimate studies of flowers. Movement and the dance of mark making is central to my creative process. I am inspired by natural forms but also explore what comes from play and investigation. Some works are decorative some reflective and melancholic. I work mainly in oil but also make photographic studies. I have works in private collections in UK, France, Ireland and USA.
