I originally photographed these birds in an airport in Hawaii and was struck by their beauty. However, while painting during the covid 19 quarentine I decided to paint them as they seemed to depict the "social distancing" we've been enforcing these past few months.

Painting is how I express myself in Art. When I paint, my creativity takes over and I can't stop till it is poured out on the Canvas. My work is currently on display at Beaumont Hospital in Dearborn, MI, The Charles H. Wright Museum. In January 2019 two of my paintings were juried into the two year display in the Farmington Hills City Hall. Also in 2019, Henry Ford Health Systems purchased three of my paintings for its personal collection. My paintings have also found homes throughout the United States. My paintings allow me to relive travels, feelings and extend those feelings to others.
