ABOUT THE ARTWORK
I originally photographed these birds in an airport in Hawaii and was struck by their beauty. However, while painting during the covid 19 quarentine I decided to paint them as they seemed to depict the "social distancing" we've been enforcing these past few months.

My paintings allow me to relive travels, feelings and extend those feelings to others.
