Over the last several years, my art was acquired by multiple museums and private collectors, such as the Museum of Modern Art in Kyiv, Ukraine, Zaporizhya National Museum, Lviv National Museum of A. Sheptytsky, 2007-10 Minister of Culture and Tourism of Ukraine V. Vovkun and other private collectors of Ukraine, Germany, France, Poland, Lithuania and Canada. A more detailed description of my awards, exhibitions, education and experience is attached, together with the photographs of the proposed art. Below you will find the descriptions of the technique, the theme and the artistic context of the proposed works. I would very much like to hear your feedback as I hope for our future collaboration. Technique (developed by the author Tamara Hridyayeva) The unique technique of the cycle of works “The Fragment of a Quote” expands the possibilities of classical graphics. It was developed by the author, Tamara Hridyayeva, in 2001 while she worked at the Lviv National Academy of Arts, Ukraine. In this cycle of works, the author used the recreation of the volume as an effect of allusion, a new technical method for the creation of form. Among the materials used are paper, fiberboard and dry pigments. Theme The cycle of works “The Fragment of a Quote” was born out of European architectural sculpture, plastic forms of buildings, which leave their trace in the history of being. Today, “The Fragment of a Quote” appeals through a visual associative sequence, from paintings to plastics of ornamental images of classical stone architecture — quotes from the past. Artistic Context As a “quote” message, the art in graphic technique is a communication act between the author and the spectator. The created texture (illusory voluminosity of the plane) strengthens and sharpens each work as a quoted fragment — a fragment that “lives” in its own context, within the boundaries of one work, while transforming and creating a different situational environment around itself — a (graphic) painting. A shaped quote (fragment) formulates form-creating foundations of one’s own vision of art in the context of a dialogue with other models presented in the modern art. The technical modeling of color is a refined minimalistic form.
