Inspired by the movement and energy of wildlife. I combine acrylic paint with medium vibrant colors and a palette knife technique. The painting depicts the haughty gaze of the giraffe as it peers over the top of the trees. You have to be on your guard or you will be imprisoned for what locals believe in . That is why these oxpeckers travel on the back of giraffes. They make an alarming noise when people are close by. The giraffes understand this warning and can therefore flee from the potential danger in time.
