Working with acrylic paint and pieces of fabric cloth, Kato creates colorful paintings and collage artworks that are characterized by unique, vibrant textures with his major themes being animal art and human figures. Ema draws his inspiration from nature and human appearance as he always aims at expressing the beauty of nature and humans through abstract art, fine art and impressionism. ARTIST STATEMENT: It's hard to ignore the beauty of nature and humans, that's why I decided to give them so much attention through my art ever since I became a full time artist. I use color and texture to deeply express the undoubted beauty.
