I was born in Malo les Bains, in the North of France and I grew up in Dunkerque, travelling often with my parents around Belgium, England and Holland. From 7 to 18 years old, I did severals painting lessons (Nude, Oil painting, screen printing, engraving, still life). Then I studied in Paris in a Business School. A few years later, I worked in Caracas (Venezuela) for 2 years for l'Oreal in the Marketing sector. I discovered South America and its colorful life by a lot through Central and South America. This experience made me realize how diverse and beautiful the world was. I came back to Paris and worked in a Design Agency for 10 years because I really felt the need to work with creative people. During that time I continued to take art lessons. In 2000, I moved to Sydney in Australia and I decided to stop working. I had three children there and enjoyed my "aussie" life, going to the beach, taking yoga classes, but also a lot of different art lessons as sculpture, oil painting and had my first exhibition with the students of my class. Then I came back to Paris, I worked again in a Design Agency but didn't stay there for long as I moved to the South of France in Montpellier where I lived for 13 years. During those years, I started working on my art style with 4 other artists but also alone in my personal painting space. In 2018, I took a coaching training and became coach . Right now, I am actually taking ART COACHING classes. I like all the different types of art mediums: oil painting, acrylic painting, pencils, Japanese gouache, Posca, collage, I collect a lot of different papers...... Chinese Ink.... I am influenced by contemporary art, abstract art, street art, photo....I love to go to abstract exhibitions, modern art museums... For instance I really love Hollan's art work, or Soulage's, Rotko's, Basquiat's, Walasse Ting's, Japanese artists'... Themes that appear in my work express my exploration of new things, strange atmospheres, natural beauty, focus on colors, interactions, mysterious archetypal, femininity, hidden words, dreams, the free conception of life.... My work arises in an "automatic" way as a kind of goal in my mind.Then it's imperative for me to go and create in my personal painting space. In my mind, the images compose themselves as I mix painting, gouache, masses of different papers, old drawings I transformed, ink........ I like working on Paper exclusively. I NEED to create, it's part of my life.
