Who is the leader they are following? Are they lemmings? Or are they taking a leap of faith? Is that Zara Philips in the orderly queue? This artwork was inspired by the cover of a science fiction book I saw in the 1970s and a love of surrealist art. The background is painted using acrylics and the collage assembled from magazine and newspaper cuttings.

Most recently Stephen's work has been featured in "And Now For The Good News (works from the Annette & Peter Nobel Art Collection)", at the Pera Museum, Turkey. Born in 1962 Stephen is a child of post war popular culture. His creativity began in '67 when his father set up a photographic darkroom in a cupboard under the stairs. There they made primitive b&w pictures, and Stephen hasn't stopped creating since. His work has been collected by clients around the world, and he likes to think his work gives pleasure, entertains and creates discussion.
