About The Artwork

This collage is part of a recent series of works which use a old medieval "Body alphabet" where each letter is formed by the human body depicted in a linear style. The individual letter are fragmented and assembled in free form where chance is paramount. In a certain way one can think of a certain connection to surrealism which often use chance as a basic ingredient of their work, This series also connects to my major artwork which is abstract mostly in an allover style.
