I, Oleksandr Breskin, was born in 1947. I have been living in Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine, since 1955. I received the basic skills in pictorial art from good artists in private colleges. I consider myself to be the main teacher and continue teaching myself. My inspiration comes from the surrounding nature of colour and sound, my art is honest and varied. During my long career in art, I participated in many international projects. I held more than 20 personal exhibitions. My artworks can be found in museums of Ukraine and in private collections in different countries around the world. In 2007 and 2011 the Ukrainian International TV Channel "UTR" filmed two documentaries about my art and showed them a couple of times on satellite TV. I continue creating my favourite art.
