ABOUT THE ARTWORK
this piece is created entirely from folded strips of magazines. I repurpose old magazines by cutting the pages into strips, fold them and what you see are the folded edges. They are arranged like puzzle pieces to form the image you see as the Tiger. A "Paper Tiger" is something which appears to be something it is not.
