This collage is part of a series, produced in Japan from September to November 2021, and made on a traditional Japanese support called "Shikishi". The Shikishi is a paper mounted on cardboard with a golden border. It is used in poetry, for calligraphy, drawing or painting. Made in Takayama in September 2021 after visiting a traditional house that was near the river and wondering if floods could occur in this area of the city. Blue is all right.
