Ernesto Muñiz (1974). Author of the poster for Narcos Mexico Season 2 by Netflix. He is a Mexican artist who chose collage as a form of expression, constructing and deconstructing his reality, combining old papers and new ones, mixing ages and times. Religion, violence, love and death are the main axes of his work, directly representing his mexican imaginary combined with pop art, characterized by vivid colours and baroque textures. In his career he has been represented by several galleries (in Great Britain, Spain, Mexico, USA, Portugal and Italy), but his art is born as street art, pasting his collages or, as he calls them, "guerrilla shrines", in the streets of Mexico, doing social and political criticism through his universe of violence and religion. Besides the collages already done, he usually composes collages on commission, with themes asked by the clients.
