Were you born a monster, or did you become one? Collage

This artwork can really be taken two ways, one way is a fictional horror style, or it can be taken from a social psychological angle. I prefer the second way personally. It is about the real life monsters who inhabit societies in every country of the world. The crooks and liars that cause harm; physical or mental, to those around them. The way I created this work was by cutting up my own work and rearranging it. Much of my work lately has become a bit dark as of late. I'm very interested in the Rorschach test; never been given one myself sadly, but my free improv musical band is called the Rorschach Climax Ensemble. I am very interested in improv and how people communicate through what they perceive is going on around them. The idea that each of us live in our own universe where we are the main individual/ actor/ character. I am constantly baffled by psychopathic and sociopathic behavior, and especially how people around individuals who act out these behaviors choose to respond. It's really the biggest question to me in life at the moment; much bigger than why are we here, or other such ponderable questions. This artwork is framed with a glass front and a wooden frame.
