I am pleased to present my latest work of art, a portrait of the German model Swantje Paulina. In this painting, a frenzied stroke fills the empty spaces with a variety of colors. Swantje’s gaze goes to the left and her blonde hair is tied back in a ponytail. The background is an intense dark blue, making the details of the image stand out. Her lips are scribbled in red, giving them a vibrant and striking touch. Swantje’s fair skin is represented with a soft and subtle color, and there is a reflection of green spots on her face. This work captures the essence of Swantje in a unique and expressive way, and I am excited to share it with all of you in my online art gallery. Black impulsive and scribbled strokes are used to define the represented figures in the painting, and the colors utilized are often fragmented and delimited by black strokes. The style in these works aims to convey a sense of movement and energy, as well as create an effect of fragmentation and decomposition of forms. It is a very distinctive style with its own personality. This style can be classified as a type of expressionism, particularly in its use of energetic and emotional brushwork to create dynamic compositions. Some artists who have used similar techniques and style include Jean-Michel Basquiat, Cy Twombly, Willem de Kooning, and Joan Miró. Paolo Sapio is a visual creative with an impressive career in various fields of art, including photography, video art, and digital painting.
