Although I am still working on the Empty Landscapes project, it has evolved towards a new proposal by including the notion of silence in my work, but not only metaphorically through the full and the empty. My claim is that my drawings really transmit the sensation of silence, of what we do not say. Silence is so delicate that as soon as we name it, it disappears. That is why I speak of him through his opposite, to show that fragility. All my works are created with top quality materials. In this case: the Indian Ink is from a natural and original stick dissolved by myself in an ink stone and the cotton paper is 600 g/m2 from the Arches brand.
