About The Artwork
Relations between time space and places where I was studying and working are my major themes. Making memorabilia from vicariously experiencing cities by their written or visual history and my direct experience is my lifelong field of research. Hold the time with transient elements that exude ease and thus transfer them to paper. Papers are handmade, natural fibres. The use of a sewing machine is necessary to connect the memories and at the same time give ease with the help of thin threads. Charcoal, ink, watercolors and old magazines are the basic elements.
