References and inspiration Following my research for physics, astronomy, philosophy, esotericism and the investigation on the role of Man with the Universe and with Nature, in this “AeroDrawing” I was inspired by the “Gravitational Waves”. Description The Gravitational Wave is a disturbance of the space -time expected in 1916 by the General Relativity Theory of Albert Einstein. These can be generated by cosmic phenomena of particular intensity, in which enormous masses vary their distribution for the explosion of supernova or in the collision of objects such as neutron stars and black holes. It comes to compare to the company in motion and to the masses seen from above that move according to well-defined functions. How much can communication and relationship between human influence? And these waves can be related to human thought? Scientifically are variations equal to the distance of an atom, but are we sure that in some way we are not influenced? We know that brain waves (still waves) are expanding only a few millimeters from the head, but perhaps they have not yet discovered that thought in other ways expand physically. Technique The acrylic and airbrush on canvas is the favorite technique by Giampiero Abate, which allows it to reach almost hyper -realistic details in subjects who, in their nature, are not. Humanoids with physically status of ancient Greece or Rome, but in metaphysical environments and usually with eyes without iris; This particular element in particular creates the interpretative confusion of the observer who cannot catalog in his mind if it is realism or imagination. Also at the limits of the Ultrareal Designed with 3D software such as Daz3d , the render is then created and transferred to the canvas, to be painted and completed

After years of searching for technique and style, I found in my heart and in mind the way of representing my knowledge and sensations. The technique has always been and will always be painting mainly with the airbrush, because it is a “technical” tool that allows you to create sensations, just as my research is “technical”, aimed at the themes of science, cosmology, nature . At the end of this long journey, I can define myself as a “Contemporary Cosmic Surrealist” painter, because through contamination between reality and the unreal, my works invite to reflect on our role in the universe and on the need to restore a balance with Nature. My goal is to arouse with the creation of surreal and at the same time hyperreal worlds, with an attention to cutting-edge technologies and innovative materials, a deep sense of wonder and connection with the world that surrounds us. The creative path comes from my visions, which materialize thanks to a 3D digital elaboration. From here I create my paintings in airbrushing and sculptures through 3D printers. My works are not only an artistic exploration, but an invitation to action: together we can build a world in which man and nature coexist in harmony. My sources of inspiration are essays in science, science fiction film with scientific foundations, walks in nature, artists who find similarities with my research, for a constantly evolving style. Biography Born in Rome in 1970, Giampiero Abate is a self-taught artist specialized in the airbrushing technique. Inspired by surrealism with the fusion of unreal and real, with references to science and philosophy, the works invite to reflect on our role in the universe and the need to restore a balance with nature. For this he defines himself as “Contemporary Cosmic Surrealist”. Its goal is to arouse with the creation of surreal and at the same time hyperreal worlds, with an attention to cutting-edge technologies and innovative materials, a deep sense of wonder and connection with the world that surrounds us. Abate’s work has been exhibited internationally in important museums and institutional spaces including: 54th Venice Biennale, Italian Pavilion – Turin National Etruscan Museum in Villa Giulia – Rome Marino Marini Museum – Florence National Central Library – Rome . Testaccio Museum – Rome MAGMMA Museum – Villacidro (VS) Palazzo Ferdinando di Savoia – Rome Basilica S.
