About The Artwork

The Lost Cities pen and ink drawing series. Made with archival ink. This work is on an A4 size technical drawing sheet. The inspiration came from the picturesque surroundings of Lake Como (Italy). Within it are also the fabulous tangle of old, small settlements. After my romantic period, I dreamed a lot about various fantastic and fabulous stories and fantastic worlds. One of the storylines of this fantasy world(s) is Lost Cities. The pieces of the series can be independent works, elements of a small story or a connection element to another fantasy world. It seems strange now, but over time the storylines of the fantasy worlds converge somewhere.
