Detail
This is the final piece from my "Mask Nude" Series. Having run out of prepared wood late one night and not wanting to wait until the next day to cut and sand a new piece, I took a piece of concrete board that I had in my studio for a bathroom remodel and started. The grey in the piece is the concrete board. Using the mid tone of the concrete I worked with the lights and darks to create this piece with charcoal, wax pencil, acrylic and silver-leaf. You can see more from this series on my website.
