ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This is a drawing from my personal archives and I am offering it temporarily at a reduced price only on Saatchiart. This drawing was done from life from a live model. Every week I would meet with her in her loft in Montreal and I would draw her in her own space. Drawing from the model in your studio is entirely different from drawing the model in her own space. She was more comfortable there and it helped me produce some very expressive pieces, many of which have already been sold. This drawing is done in ink and Windsor & Newton watercolors on 140lb Arches watercolour paper. I have signed it and I will provide a certificate of authenticity. Hope you like my work!
