I am a social activist mixed media artist born in São Paulo, Brazil. I have a background in Fine Arts, Motion Picture, Photography and Design. I now live in the Bay Area in California with my husband, two sons and step-daughter. I have been dedicating my life to combining the two things I'm most passionate about: empowering people with hearing loss and sharing their stories through my art. I also portray experiences of inner transformation, self-acceptance and motherhood. I use many different mediums to express my stories such as acrylics, watercolors, cold porcelain clay, paper mache, photography & video.
