The background of the image is becoming alive. Muscles of the color are creating the composition itself. Red color - the color of life.

I am often told that they recognize me from colors I use. But I always make a face with surprise. They must have missed the story. As colors might seem cold, uncomfortable, sad or solid. There is always more. I don’t paint when I feel right or plenty. I use painting to fill in the void with something that might help filling it with. As if the particular moment is ready for more action or silence, depends. Even though each painting is pretty subjective interpretation of a problem, question, etc. - I never try to shock or teach the viewers. My first rule is never underestimate the viewer. I seek to be respectful with every soul that might encounter my painting. I let the visual alter the roots until I feel strong about it and not ashamed to share it with the viewers, with the world. Maybe one painting is meant for only one person? I believe that they find each other in time. Painting is at its best when it means something and everything at the same time. As if time traveling and teleport is working. Our minds are full of desires, memories, allegories, sentiments, fantasies, etc. – if the painting you are watching is capable to connect with You – the mission is fulfilled. We all search for that one painting. Sometimes I feel jealous for those artists who are happy with one or few solutions for the visual message they send to viewers. I am week, I can not handle it. That one thought for one painting is done, what is next! (my inner painter shouts) Oh shut up… We can’t paint everything. Dreams, Moons, Faces, Roots, Floods, Endings, Risings – it is all there. It is who we are, what we create and destroy at the same time. The most important is to create harmony and to show the light in the dark for those who needs to see it.
