A wonderful but arduous experience. Many a mile traipsed along busy streets and intersections; plazas and malls; side lanes and factory outlets. The constant awkward bending and unbalanced posturing as shoe after shoe is slipped on and then off and oft times, on again. Even as frustration permeates the entire body, this procedure endures. Each one strappier, or prettier or, so me, the decision becomes muffled amid the teasing muzaks in each highly organised , and usually, exquisitely patterned, floor of the shoe boutiques. Shoe stores beckon with an unrelentess that male counterparts cannot reckon with.
