Table Fountain While drawing I tried to imagin a place, where I would want to stay. I thought about which kind of energy I would like to feel around me. The painting is totally abstract. I thought, you might come home, there could be a rest of all day working life in your mind and may be you are little tired too, after a day of working. I tried to put energy in the picture like a tabletop fountain might spend. An energy that spends sparks of little power in the colours and in some lines, but not too much, for not to loose the soothing energy balance. I tried to give the picture something to come down with putting horizontal emphasized deep space in the middle. And with adding these soft and sensitive points and lines with the ink. I didn‘t want it to get too heavy, that is why this space in the middle is not completely black. The picture should invite you every time you might look at it, may be in different distances, with different moods, standing infront of it, to read it every time new, that‘s why I didn‘t want to draw things really readable and fixed. Thoughts I had in mind while drawing, where for example: Little soft rain, something warm, something light, little power energy, carefully kept tiny little water in a bowl, landscape for dreaming and going on holiday therein with the mind. Light clouds laying soft above the scene like a blanket over a bed. They keep the picture on earth, so it doesn‘t float into upper space in the room, where this picture might be hung up. There might be stones, a tree, an ear, a crystall. It combines a mostly light and friendly scene with the knowledge of deep space. I tried to draw something I would love to have on my own living room wall, to be able to relax without getting tired, to get little sparks of small ideas through small ameneties the brain might get while watching the things happening in the picture. I tried to keep it coulourful in many directions, so it can help your mind to come down and relax in different situations of life you might be confronted with. Hopefully the different colours might catch your mood. I hope the energy of the picture might transform any energy into something little ligter, little more playfull, little more optimistic and little dreamy. So in this picture is no figurative intention, but an energetic one, concentrated on the idea of you living together in a room with this picture. This is totally service art.
