This artwork is of a personal favourite musician of mine Tim Buckley. When drawing this piece I spent a lot of time on the composition, the style and the overall look of the drawing. Focusing on the mid 1960s segment of Tim's early acoustic folk career. I depicted the musician in his experimental folk faze in which the folk singer experimented with his varied vocal techniques and instrumental soundscapes in master pieces such as "Song to the siren" "The River" "I never Asked to be your mountain" etc. As all fans will know this stage pre dates his Blues and soul rock and roll era in which he developed as his last musical style before his tragic passing . After putting in much effort time and details the finished piece highlights Tim Buckley in one of his greatest stages in music. The original piece was drawn using a variety of Indian inks, drawing fine lines. This Artwork tribute is a great gift for any Tim Buckley fan, with a simplistic yet effective art style.
