About The Artwork
I use high voltage electricity and a conductive liquid on the wood with metal probes to electrocute the wood. Lichtenberg figures, also known as fractals, begin to form as the electricity courses through the wood. I then clean out the burns and fill them with acrylic enamel and gloss the wood to seal the completed look. All my pieces are unique and one of a kind. I use reclaimed wooden objects that have flaws and are imperfect which gives it even more beauty.
