The Colour of Phi is a lighting installation which uses the concept of the Golden Ratio and Fibonacci numbers as a mathematical and aesthetic principle, using electro-luminescent wires to draw lines in space with light. People could walk inside the installation for an immersive spatial involvement, structured around exact and complex proportions. Embodying an optical and physical experience for the visitors, the artists question how the senses influence the viewers perceptual engagement with space - both internally and externally - and challenged participants in discovering new sensory stands.
