About The Artwork
I was inspired by the costumes of Oskar Schlemmer of the Bauhaus Movement , such as those of ' The Triadic Ballet ' & ' the Figural Cabinet ' (a "mechanical cabaret") . Mr David Leech of Pelham Puppets kindly supplied me with 4 puppet kits to put together & paint . They were intended for a music video . The puppets are also painted with phosphorescent paints to glow in the dark . They are currently on location filming . Please inquire with the curators for availability.
