Golden Ratio Artwork

This piece is trying to resemble a galaxy getting sucked in by a blackhole. The reasons i didn't design a blackhole is because, as we all well know by now, black holes as invisible to the naked eye. It also shows the most amazing mathematical sequence ever discovered, the Fibonacci sequence. Fibonacci was a brilliant mathematician of the 13th century and came up with a sequence which are numbers in the following integer sequence: 1,1,2,3,5,8,13,21,34,55,89,144,233 and so on. The most peculiar thing about this sequence is that if put into geometrical patterns the Spiral, or better defined as Golden ratio, emerges. Another gob-smacking stuff about this discovery is that such patterns can be found in and on the human body like the ear and the inside of the ear, our eyes, our finger prints, our hair, our hands and even our dna. Same patterns can be seen in hurricanes, wind swirls, ocean/sea waves, tornados, vegetables skin patterns, fruits, plants shapes, animals horns, spider webs, sun flower, sea shells, pine cones, Incredibly enough, scientists found out that in the animal kingdom, certain spieces especially bees, rabbits and cows breed numbers of puppies all according to the Fibonacci's sequence. Even the majority of galaxies in the whole universe share the same pattern! No wonder many philosophers and mathematicians called it the Divine proportion and finger print of the Most High. This beautiful pattern inspired my work here and if you look at the pattern itself you'll see the Golden Ratio meaning a spiral shape being sucked in into the same point which is the exact opposite of the Big Bang.
