LOVE AFTER WORK, 2011 (TinyHongKong Collection) Approx. Size: H23.4 x W33.1 inches (A1) Limited Edition 1 of 23 Visit kenkung.com for details and prices of other options. Art Description: LOVE AFTER WORK, 2011 (TinyHongKong Collection) Location: Sai Ying Pun Camera: Leica M6 Print on Textured Cotton Rag paper 310 gram *The artwork was developed from the film more than 10 years ago. We did a lot of procedures including handcraft and AI enhancement to make this work comes true, from a low-resolution photo, and make it paint-liked texture. It’s fun to try and error many times in this experimental process. It may not be perfect, but the imperfection made it Art. Story of the Artwork: Many years ago I really love to wander in the cargo terminal at Sai Ying Pun. That’s the best place for chilling and capturing the sunset. This place is amazing and you can enjoy the best sunset scenery in front of you. You can smell the sense of sea breeze, listen to the rhythm of sea waves here. It made me remember the memories of the precious moments when I was around 10 years old. I remember my father is a hard-working man, I always know he needs to relax after long hours of works. He would like to bring us to take a walk every time after dinner. Now the cargo terminal in Sai Ying Pun is developed to be a promenade, and it’s difficult to see the best sunset now. Everything would pass, but only the memories you really cherish will stay forever in the form of Art. That’s one of the best memories of my family in my life. That's the story of this artwork. Hope you love my Artwork.
