THE ARTIST RUTH YAA BOATEMAA Is a young feminist artist of 30 years. She is a self-taught MACRAME ARTIST, and also a Hair dresser and a Makeup artist. She uses cords, lining, zip, thread, needle and her bare hands in designing any Macrame artifacts for both ladies and gents. Her joy is derived mainly from seeing the satisfaction on people’s faces through her art work Her love and passion for the art and her love to help people especially women has given her an aspiration of establishing an NGO in the near future, which will focus on teaching young girls to equip themselves as Macrame artist, Hairdressers and Makeup artist. She believes art is a beautiful thing which must be sheared.
