About The Artwork
I am what I eat – or am I not? Or am I what controls me? What pleases me is what haunts me? "The Dress" is one of three artworks depicting the above questions: a clothing object built from binge eating result. Artwork was first presented in a public space of the building where it was created in a perfomrative show: Wrocławska 66, Kraków, Poland – "The dress", performance, 12 Dec, 2013 That was a twin action with a presentation of "TRUE/FALSE" object at the different location where that artwork was created. Later "The dress" was presented during a solo exhibition titled "I am what I eat" in The Cultural Incubator of Rzeszów, Poland, 09.-30.11.2017 where it was acquired for a private collection.
