Mixed Media, Algorithmic Art on Canvas
Size: 59.1 W x 59.1 H x 0 D in
Ships in a Tube
The work is the result of the economic efficiency examination of digital space, resp. of the division of labor between a man and the computational system. The aim is to maximize the specialization of a man on the conceptual aspect of the work, and the abandonment of the visual aspect for the computational system from showing it on the display up to printing it on canvas. In this stage, the result is a largely unpredictable and deskilled form of artwork. The computational system is seen here as a black box into which we enter the entry, however, the exit is not under our complete control. Slovakia
Born 1987 Trnava, Slovakia. I studied architecture at Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava. To be honest, architecture as a profession did not meet my expectations. It was for me too restrictive in terms of creativity and too demanding in terms of realisation. However, I'am still interested in it, of nostalgia, and for inspiration. In the present, my main interests are philosophy and science. From philosophy especially epistemology, psychophysical problem and analytical phylosophy. From science mainly quantum physics and cognitive science. I personally could say that I'am more a "thinker" than an artist. Anyway, in recent years, art seems to me to be a very important vehicle and an objectifier of acquired knowledge. In the art, in spite of my basic knowledge of architecture study, I consider myself to be an autodidact.
