Good Luck Box 001 Artwork - Limited Edition of 1

Coming from classic art studies with preference in portraits and realistic subjects using different media as graphite, charcoal, oil and watercolors. Fabio Segatori was born in Tivoli, Italy in 1975 and migrated to Australia in 2004. After completing his Master of Art from Istituto d'Arte di Tivoli he went on to further studies at the Scuola Internazionale di Comics in Rome specializing in comics and illustration. He was a finalist in Winsor & Newton Paris Art Competition in 2000, with his portrait of a homeless coloured man. Fabio has also won minor prizes in his native Italy. I started paint the goldfishes in resin in 2012 with my friend and artist Gerardo Chierchia, owner of goldfishinspiration.com. We discovered a video of Riusuke Fukahori that show this amazing pieces of art. We were so impressed that we started to reproduce this technique. There are not documents that tell us who was the first person who begin this artistic technique, but I am sure that Reisuke Fukahori is the most famous artist of 3D goldfishes in resin at moment. I am also pretty sure that Gerardo Chierchia is the first one who followed Riusuke and he also selling his fishes around the word.
